Initiatives

Identity experiments, in the open.

a0.gg is a personal lab. These are explorations and reference implementations — not commercial products or supported services. They exist to learn, to teach, and to make standards-based identity easier to reason about on top of Auth0.

Connector gateway

Active

A shared OAuth gateway that lets many Auth0 demo tenants reuse a single provider app behind one fixed, verified redirect URI. The gateway fans each callback back to the tenant that initiated login.

  • One verified redirect URI
  • Per-tenant fan-out
  • No per-tenant provider app needed

Token Vault patterns

Active

Reference flows for issuing durable, least-privilege access to connected services via Auth0 Token Vault — so demos can call Calendar or Sheets without handling long-lived refresh tokens directly.

  • Durable refresh tokens
  • Least-privilege scopes
  • Rotation handled by the vault

Advanced Universal Login (ACUL)

Exploration

Customized, brand-consistent login experiences built on Auth0’s Advanced Customization for Universal Login — used to prototype accessible, fast identity UIs.

  • Custom login UI
  • Accessibility-first
  • Standards-based

Vertical identity demos

Exploration

End-to-end scenario demos (for example, an insurance vertical) that show how identity, connectors, and tokens fit together in a realistic application shape.

  • Scenario-driven
  • Realistic data flows
  • Teaching-oriented

OIDC translation & edge tooling

Exploration

Small edge workers for OIDC claims mapping, identity translation, and CORS-safe brokering — the connective tissue that keeps standards-based login portable across prototypes.

  • Claims mapping
  • Edge-deployed
  • Portable across demos
