1. About the service
a0.gg is an independent, personal, non-commercial identity-engineering project operated by Ariel Bravo Ayala. It brokers OAuth connectors and tokens on top of Auth0 for demonstration, learning, and prototyping. a0.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Okta, Inc., Auth0, Google LLC, or any other company.
2. Acceptance
By accessing the website or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully or in violation of any provider’s terms (including Google’s);
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other tenants, or connected accounts;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the service except as permitted under our security reporting process;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate others; or
- use the service to store or transmit malicious code or unlawful content.
5. Third-party services and accounts
The service connects to third-party providers at your direction. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for the accounts and permissions you connect, and you may revoke access at any time through the provider.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. As a personal project, it may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice, and it offers no service-level or uptime commitment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual property
The a0.gg name, site content, and original code are the property of the operator. All other product names, logos, and trademarks (including “Auth0”, “Okta”, and “Google”) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
10. Changes to the service and terms
We may modify or discontinue the service and may update these Terms. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date below; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (European Union), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
